Peter McVerry Trust is a national housing and homeless charity
committed to reducing homelessness and the harm caused by substance
misuse and social disadvantage.
The charity provides low-threshold entry services, primarily to
younger people and vulnerable adults with complex needs, and offers
pathways out of homelessness based on the principles of the Housing
First model.

ROLE OVERVIEW:
Peter McVerry Trust’s fundraising team play a key role in allowing
the charity to provide flexible, solution-focused responses to the
needs of people accessing our services. The Department is overseen by
a Director of Fundraising who collaborates closely with the CEO on the
charity's strategic objectives and plans to meet our long-term funding
needs.
The Grants & Partnerships Manager will be a results-driven individual
expected to grow significant income in line with Peter McVerry
Trust’s Fundraising Strategy. The successful candidate will work
closely with the Head of Fundraising and other senior team members to
support the strategy and operational plans delivery, working to
maximise income from Grants, Trusts, Foundations and other high-value
partners. This will involve managing existing relationships and
identifying and securing new support, developing relevant key
performance indicators (KPIs) to help track and manage progress during
the strategy and operational plan implementation and reviewing the
KPIs and appeal/work plans regularly with the Head of Fundraising.
